Pentagram is a Turkish metal band formed in Istanbul in 1986 by guitarist Hakan Utangaç and drummer Cenk Ünnü. It is counted among the bands that established metal in Turkey.
Outside Turkey the group releases under the name Mezarkabul, to avoid confusion with the American doom metal band of the same name. Anatolia, which set Anatolian melodies in a metal arrangement, defined its international profile.
