Who is Tarkan?
Tarkan Tevetoğlu was born on 17 October 1972 in Alzey, West Germany. His career began with Yine Sensiz in 1992 and moved to the centre of Turkish pop with Aacayipsin in 1994 and Ölürüm Sana in 1997.
Şımarık became one of the widest-reaching Turkish-language songs on European charts and made him an arena-scale name outside Turkey as well.
