Who is Fred again..?

Fred again.. is the stage name of London producer and musician Fred Gibson. He started out working alongside Brian Eno and, after collaborating with artists such as Ed Sheeran and Stormzy, rose to prominence with his Actual Life series, which turns voice notes, phone videos and everyday sounds into emotional dance music.

Actual Life 3 won the Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Album. Recently Fred again.. has built his concerts around an ever-updating music project he calls USB: he played six USB002 shows in New York in January 2026 and four at London's Alexandra Palace in February 2026.
